The Client Service Associate will assist an Elevate Asset Management advisor in all aspects of providing exceptional client service and onboarding clients. Most of the Client Service Associate’s time will be spent will be providing high-level customer service and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Some daily duties include setting up client accounts, processing distribution requests, and assisting with paperwork. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: Depends on Experience

Client Service Associate Duties:

  • Client Relationships

    • Assist with administrative/operational needs of clients and advisors
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients

    • Open and service accounts
    • Process paperwork and requests in a timely manner
    • Be knowledgeable on how to gather information from our systems
  • Receptionist Duties

    • Be the first point of contact for those coming into the office
    • Answering phones

    • Maintaining office to be sure it is equipped to provide the best customer service
  • Elevate Asset Management Relationships

    • Work closely with Financial Advisors to maintain current and build new client relationships
    • Assist advisor in establishing and onboarding new relationships
    • Communicate and work with other departments throughout Frontier Asset Management to ensure trading requests are completed in a timely manner.

  • Operational

    • Data entry and maintaining client contact systems
    • Provide backup assistance to others in the office

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or business-related degree is preferred. The Client Service Associate needs to be detail oriented with a strong work ethic. This position requires a Series 65 license or the ability to complete the licensing process soon upon hiring.
