The CSR’s duties include but are notlimited to:-Greeting the customer on the phone andat the counter-Order entry using a company specificPoint of Sale system-Accurately labeling boxes-Maintaining a clean and orderly workarea-Customer complaint resolution usingcompany trained strategies-Production of product includinglearning recipes and end bake preparations-Stocking product using the first infirst out method-Cash handling including the ability to countchange back
