Identify and build operational and support metrics such as volume, satisfaction, contact rates, quality, and turn-around-times

Identify, investigate, scope, and escalate performance analysis to drive top line goals

Identify and scope insights rising from the Payments Support Customer ecosystem and improve that ecosystem, specifically automated Customer Support processes and automated reporting

Partner with our developers to maintain the reliability and effectiveness of the platform

Position requires incidental domestic and international travel

Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted (remote work benefit)

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, or related field. Position also requires completion of a university-level course/research project/internship/thesis, or 6 months of experience in each of the following:

Matlab, Data Quality, Data Transformation, Classification and Clustering Algorithms

Algorithms

Version Control using GIT, Sprint Process

Python, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, or JavaScript

Distributed Database Systems, Hadoop, SQL, or Big Data

Machine Learning
