OverviewDo you have a passion for cleaning?M Health Fairview is looking for an Environmental Services Aide at our Fairview Lakes Location in Wyoming, MN. This position will perform cleaning duties as assigned to keep the facility orderly, attractive, clean and sanitary.This is a casual role!Responsibilities

Performs cleaning assignments per department procedures and protocols

Demonstrates proper emergency and security response

Demonstrates accurate use and care of equipment

Accurately cares for equipment and takes action for preventive maintenance

Uses safety precautions

Provides excellent Customer Service

Uses appropriate verbal and nonverbal greetings

Demonstrates a willing and helpful attitude

Demonstrates respect for customer’s need for privacy

Performs activities in an encouraging, courteous, and adaptable manner

Transports furniture and equipment as requested

Reports mechanical failures or negative conditions to appropriate supervisor

Interpersonal Relations with Healthcare Team

Offers and values constructive criticism

Resolves issues in an encouraging manner

Uses first party communication

Demonstrates respect for others

Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.

QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma/GED preferredExperiencePrevious Housekeeping/Environmental Service experienceSpecial Considerations: Due to differences in scope of care, practice, or service across settings, the specific experience required for this position may vary.
