Job Summary:The Front Office Manager oversees operations of the following departments – Reservations, Front Desk, Night Audit, Activities Desk, and Bell Team. This position is responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching/discipline of these named departments. In addition, the Front Office Manager is responsible for setting and maintaining service expectations across departments, handling complex billing issues, and having an in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by all Grand Teton Lodge Company and Flagg Ranch locationsJob Specifications:

Expected Pay Range:$55,000 - $72,705 + annual bonus

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round

Job Responsibilities:

Oversees Reservations, Front Desk, Night Audit, Activities and Bell departments, setting the tone for the team culture and engagement

Responsible for approving payroll and scheduling of all departments in their purview, ensuring labor budget/forecast accuracy.

Must consistently provide an Experience of a Lifetime to all guests, both internal and external. Handles any escalated guest issues through resolution.

Lead the Front Office team to manage the accuracy of information within the company’s PMS system, including but not limited to, inventory control, rooms rates, activity module, and third-party bookings, such as Expedia.

Works closely with Sales & Marketing and Accounting departments to provide Group and Tour guests a seamless guest experience from contracting through the final bill.

Ensures billing accuracy for Transient, Group and Tour guests. Oversees the collection of unresolved guest balances in a timely manner.

Maintains high service expectations across departments through their presence on the floor. Provides timely feedback to employees as needed.

Reviews and responds to guest feedback received through the guest experience survey, Medallia. Adjusts guest service delivery accordingly.

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years previous hotel front office management experience

1-3 years of supervisory experience

Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with PMS operating systems

Strong communication skills

Must be able to perform under pressure

Hospitality experience Must enjoying working with people

Solutions-oriented

Knowledge of Grand Teton National Park

Knowledge of Visual One

The expected pay range is $55,000 - $72,705 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
