Responsibilities include creating examples, usage flows, procedures, and other reference material that enable customers to successfully use our products.Our candidates will have the following:
Experience with Design-for-Test methodologies, ATPG, BIST, or Yield Analysis
Experience with Linux-based operating systems
BS/MS in a technical degree (such as CS, EE, Physics, or Applied Math; equivalent experience considered)
Polished ability to write concisely
Excellent interpersonal skills
Outstanding investigative research instincts
Multitasking or project management capabilities
