0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period)
day/evening shift (12p-830p)
every other weekend (9a-530p)

Supports the nursing process to achieve outcome focused patient care by following the plan of care in order to achieve identified patient outcomes.
Observes and collects data to contribute to the assessments of the patient and family in order to develop an outcome focused plan of care.
Follows the plan of care in order to achieve identified patient outcomes.
Intervenes in emergency situations as appropriate within scope of practice.
Communicates optimally with patient/family, physicians, and the interdependent team regarding the care of the patient.
Contributes to the achievement of patient and unit outcomes (Safety, cost, quality, happiness, engagement) by working collaboratively with inter and intra departmental teams
