Local Real Estate Agent Needed – Rental Showings Only

We’re looking for a local, licensed real estate agent to handle in-person showings only for a single residential rental property in Pinedale, WY.

This is not a listing and not a property management role — just boots-on-the-ground showings when prospective tenants want to see the place.

What’s involved:

Meet pre-screened prospective tenants at the property

Unlock, walk them through, answer basic questions

No marketing, no paperwork, no lease prep required

Compensation:

$100 per showing

$50 bonus if the person you show ends up signing a lease

Paid promptly

Ideal fit:

Local to Pinedale or nearby

Licensed Wyoming real estate agent

Reliable, punctual, and easy to work with

Comfortable representing a well-maintained home and answering basic rental questions
