Motel On-site Manager

Manager wanted for small independent motel. Our motel has 38 rooms ranging in size from a small studios to a 2-bedroom with full kitchen. The majority of the rooms are rented on a weekly/monthly basis.

Duties include front desk operations, rent collection, cleaning rooms and overseeing the maintenance and repair of the property. We prefer a person able to do housekeeping and front desk. During the busy season a part time housekeeper available to assist. We have an on-site maintenance person available.

Compensation shall be accommodations in the manager’s apartment (1-bedroom) and a salary.
