Description:Will be handling all incoming/outgoing calls, walk in appointments, filing, taking prescriptions, verifying insurance, calling doctor offices to verify appointments, and some filing. They need people that are patient, friendly, and have an outgoing personality. The shift will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30AM to 5:00PM with a 30 minute lunch. Friday's are 8:30am to 4:30pm. Qualifications: -1+ year of customer service experience working with the public - face to face experience
Good communication skills- face of the office
