Patient Financial Services Director

Patient Financial Services Director – 1 F/T position, Management responsibilities of the Patient Financial Services employees and Account Receivable. Includes providing excellent customer service, along with management of collections, billing, refunds, bankruptcy, bad debt, write-offs adjustments, and denial management. Responsible for department budgets, all aspects of mentoring and managing staff including quality and productivity.
