Job DescriptionThe Global Industry Unit (GIU) Industry Engineering Services organization is focused on providing the best possible services and tools at the lowest possible cost. To enable that goal, we partner with all groups to drive toward consistency of usage. The Program Manager will plan and deliver programs that drive software tool and function consolidation and standardization. These projects include consolidating multiple instances of development tools and reporting on software usage across the GIU footprint. The Program Manager will also lead optimization and process improvement programs to improve utilization of financial and technology resources.Preferred experience includes

Software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum

Complex program planning and execution

JIRA and Confluence usage for project management and status reporting

Exposure to software tools used across the entire software development and support life cycle

Data collection, consolidation and reporting experience

Cross-organization communication, partnership and influence

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesManage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
