NEED Multifamily Property Site Manager to manage the daily operations of a Tax Credit property. Bring your multi-family expertise to join our team. Position open in Powell, WY

Qualified applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in affordable housing managing Tax Credit property OR Equivalent Experience Our site manager will have organizational abilities to assist them when working with RD/LIHTC Regulations. Working as a team with all members to optimize the owner’s asset is our goal. We will train the right individual- so if you feel that you are up to the challenge - please do not hesitate to apply.

Site Manager Position requires a strong leadership, problem solving, and time management in addition to the following: (Not all -encompassing)

  • Supervising Maintenance Staff
  • Maintaining occupancy
  • Administering LIHTC certifications
  • Leasing of property
  • Resident retention programs
  • Accounting of daily deposits
  • Maintaining accurate reports and records

1 year of multifamily housing experience OR Equivalent Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Our new team member must represent themselves in a professional atmosphere. Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn quickly. Site manager must be able to have good reasoning and problem solving skills to deal with conflicting situations. Communication, customer service and attention to detail are also important skills.
