W Food Group seeks kitchen team members for the upcoming summer on Block Island. Operating as Dead Eye Dick's, the restaurant is an upscale coastal dining destination focused on creative takes on classic New England dishes. Our seafood comes straight from our on-site fish market, Dick’s Fish & Provisions. We are an independent restaurant & market with a hardworking, positive team that takes pride in what we do. Ideal availability ASAP-October 12 with some flexibility. Relocating to Block Island is required, basic accommodations are provided at no charge. Competitive pay based on experience with overtime available. End-of-season, performance-based bonus awarded in October. Travel reimbursement offered after successful completion of one month. We are looking for:

Line Cook: Rotate through stations: Saute, Garde Manger, Raw Bar, Fry and Grill. Have you worked in a high-volume kitchen before? Perfect! Can you shuck an oyster? Big plus! Kitchen help is expected to meet all the usual standards: punctual, reliable, clean, respectful with attention to detail. Responsible for setting up and breaking down station, maintaining cleanliness and organization, following chef's directions and performing in a fast-paced environment.
