Accounting Manger

St. Louis based Manufacturer and Distributor seeking a full time person to manage our accounting functions. We are a 45 person, small business looking for someone who is highly motivated, accurate and very organized who has accounting skills with at least 5 years' experience.

This person must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all employees. You must be able to multi task without much supervision from management. We use a fully integrated computer network for all accounting, inventory, sales and management data activities. Bonus if you know ECI/Macola Enterprise Suite.

Duties include:

General Ledger

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Bank Reconciliation

Payroll

Wire Transfers and ACH

Sales and Use Tax

Various Financial Statements and Reports

Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word
