Our Before & After Care Program keeps the learning (and fun!) going with a safe, enriching space where students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. We’re looking for an Activity Coordinator who brings energy, creativity, and heart to the table! In this role, you’ll dream up and lead engaging activities in a specialist area of Reading, Math, or Social-Emotional that match student interests and reflect KIPP values—think STEM adventures, arts and crafts, dance breaks, social-emotional moments, and academic boosts. You’ll report to the Site Coordinator and play a key role in making every student feel like they belong. Through culturally responsive programming and inclusive practices, you’ll help eliminate barriers and make after-school time another great part of the day.
