Building Manager/ Custodian

Routine custodial tasks in the church such as empty waste cans, clean restrooms, vacuuming carpet areas, mopping tile floors, dusting, setting up chairs, tables as requested for meetings and events.

Coordinate work of contractors and service providers.

Develop list items needing repair or attention and report to church Building and Property committee and church pastor.
