Contractors wanted for Unit Turn Project in East St. Louis

Project Details:

Materials: Provided and ready for use

Cleaning: Contractor must supply all cleaning supplies and equipment

Painting: Pre-clean must be completed before painting begins. Paint materials provided by HA

Replacements: If doors, cabinets, or countertops need replacing, the contractor will purchase them and include the cost in their budget

Terms & Timeline:

Payment Terms: Net 45

Turn Time: 10 days max business days per unit
