We are currently seeking Commission and/or Renting Stylists.

Commission Stylist—Whether you have a full book and want a supportive, beautiful environment to thrive, or you're looking to learn more and build more clientele, we offer the tools to help you succeed. We'd love to meet you!

Renting Stylist—Enjoy independence while benefiting from front desk support, shampoo assistance, and an upscale clean professional space.

Our Vibe—We're a friendly, team-oriented salon that believes in collaboration over competition. You'll find a supportive group of stylists who encourage each other's growth, celebrate creativity, and deliver top-notch service to every guest who walks in the door.

Compensation Options

Commission Stylists: 42%-52% based on experience, performance, and service totals

Rental Stylists: Competitive weekly rates for a beautiful, fully equipped station in a collaborative salon setting

Requirements

1+ years of experience

Skilled in cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments

Up to date on current trends and techniques

Strong customer service and communication skills

Missouri cosmetology license and a dependable work ethic
