We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Cost Control Manager to lead financial oversight and cost control efforts for our Food & Beverage projects. This is a key leadership role for someone with deep financial expertise in the construction or AEC industry, a strong understanding of cost management, and the ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee financial performance and cost control strategies for Food & Beverage construction projects.Ensure compliance with internal cost control processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with project teams to implement cost-saving measures and maintain financial health across projects.Lead and mentor cost control staff, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.Partner with project managers and schedulers to align financial planning with project timelines and deliverables.Navigate and lead through challenging conversations with professionalism and clarity.
