DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! As the first point of contact for our company, you will provide exceptional service to our valued customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met. Your role will involve communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, making each interaction a positive experience. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on minimizing lead response times

Educate customers on our offerings and assist with product selection

Add and update customer interactions in our CRM keeping records current

Respond promptly and professionally to missed calls and voicemails

Maintain constant communication with the Inbound Sales Team to ensure that leads are promptly and properly handed off

Other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in customer service or a related field; experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Friendly and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficient with computers

HOURS

Scheduled working hours are from 8:00am-5:00 pm.

PAY

$18.00 – 21.00 per hour
