Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your job is to create opportunities by reaching out, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This is an excellent entry point into tech sales, with full training and mentorship provided.
Your Responsibilities
Make calls and send emails to potential customers in sectors like Healthcare, Manufacturing, and IT/AI solutions.
Research companies and identify key decision-makers.
Build interest and book meetings for the sales team.
Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to track leads.
Work towards weekly and monthly targets.
Who Can Apply
Recent graduates (Business, Marketing, Communications, or IT preferred).
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
Positive attitude, motivated, and comfortable making 80–100 calls a day (training provided).
Based in Missouri.
