Experienced Framer for Piece Work – Walls, Roof, Siding, Soffit & Fascia – $3900

Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced framer to complete a piece work job. All materials are supplied — you bring the tools and the know-how.

Scope of Work:

Frame 3 exterior walls (14', 10', 10')

Frame and build flat roof (14' x 12')

Install 1 exterior door and 3 windows

Install siding on new framed area and front dormer

Install soffit and fascia

Requirements:

Must have your own tools

Must have framing and exterior finishing experience

Must be reliable and able to complete job without supervision

Pay:

$3900 flat rate — all materials are provided on-site.
