Front Desk Attendant and Bartender Wanted

Daytime Front Desk Attendant wanted for unique and long-standing music rehearsal/recording facility with liquor license.

Hours: 1-5:30pm Monday-Thursdays.

Staff member wanted to keep the studios, schedule and rent payments organized during our slower daytime hours. Duties include: Open facility and hourly rooms, schedule sessions and check artists in/out, collect rent and session payments, answer phones/emails, light admin, cleaning/disinfecting surfaces, make and serve drinks, give facility tours and info, provide great customer service, take inventory, order supplies, receive deliveries, light food prep, some organizing projects (product displays, clearing out vacated studios, making signs, more), set and maintain a great atmosphere.

Prior experience as a key holder responsible for opening/closing a business is required. Please be: comfortable working alone most of the time, reliably on time, skilled in the art of saying no with a smile, and firm enough to maintain studio policies. Knowledge of music gear and bar tending experience is a plus, but lack of is no deal breaker. We will train! Must be able to pass background and reference check.

The job is part admin/desk based, part part tidying/running around the facility, and a bit of bartending (can add on hours for more of this part if desired).
