General Building and Yard Maintenance Part Time

Perform general building maintenance, to include:

Painting, drywall repair, and minor installations, light electrical, plumbing etc.

Ability to oversee contract repairs, if necessary

Lawn care, snow removal / salting, as needed

Assemble furniture, equipment, and fixtures, as required

Be comfortable with lifting equipment and supplies (under 40 pounds)

Candidates should be RELIABLE, professional and experienced

References required

2 to 3 days, per week, consecutively

9am - 5pm
