I run a fast growing business near Fenton, MO, that makes cosmetics, perfumes and dietary supplements.

I’m looking to add to my team — one amazing person. No college needed. Skills commitment, willingness and ABILITY to learn are more important to us.

You'll be packing, shipping, filling bottles, putting labels on, helping to test new products, programming machines, figuring out inventions that make production faster and easier, I could go on and on. This job is FUN and you are always busy and engaged!

This is full time, come into the plant job, not work at home.

What i really want is you IF you:

…Are not afraid of tinkering, mechanical things, lifting, filling, whatever it takes

…Would dream of assembling machines, getting them to work, learning and practicing robotics

…Are a good communicator in English. (Other languages are a plus, but your English has to be good.)

…Have at least 3 references I can call (clergy, employers, friends, all are fine)

Are legally authorized to work in the USA.

I want you if you are super smart, super responsible, super conscientious. Nobody wants to leave us — you won’t either. I hope.

This is starting pay. We have a lot to teach you. So you don’t get paid that much. But, once you learn, you’ll quickly get regular raises. AND, you’ll be eligible to take part in our perks including a pension and profit sharing plan.

We are a SMALL company — so you have to love a good family atmosphere. We are not a huge monolithic company and we don’t have their resources.

We are very team oriented, very much looking for people who want do something big with their lives with a small dedicated team.
