Position Overview: IT Program Manager - Data AnalyticsFTE / Salaried RoleHybrid Work Structure Role Focus:- Demand and Delivery manager is responsible for: planning and delivering the Data and analytics needs and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
- Manage demands through data council governance arrangements.
- Analytics demand involves, Middleware/Integration, API integration and Master data management to achieve a corporate vision.
- This position leading a team and perform liaison activities with upper management and stakeholders. As needed initiate and direct complex projects, direct project staff; work with cross-functional teams, develop project plans and strategies, prepare business cases; direct the planning and estimating of business solutions; influence and negotiate with senior management; conduct meetings and manage cross-functional teams. analyze profitability (ROI), policy, programs and staffing to ensure optimal business
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities. Manage Data council.
- Oversee the data/report demand process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, leveraging data council • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
- Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
- Design and build technical processes to address business issues.
- Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
- Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing and product teams.
- Productivity initiatives, continues improvement & Build and present project content to Stakeholders and HLT
- Person must be ONSITE working & mentoring team on day -in-day out activities
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. Equivalent experience, education and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of Bachelors.
- 7+ years' experience with degree (3+ years Leadership experience)
- 15+ years relevant experience without degree 5 + years of experience in managing demand and delivery of Data Analytics Skills Experience in delivering multi Million projects Technology Skills - SQL server, Azure synapse, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure API, Power BI management
- Understand organizational metrics and their correlation to business success
- Establish strategic goals and enterprise-wide priorities
- Determine strategic direction around technology and product road mapping
- Anticipate problem areas and associated risk levels with objective rationale
- Familiar with creating IT Procurement documents and Statement of Work contracts, IT Risk Assessments, Business Strategy and System Architecture
- Drive communication with key stakeholders to resolution: citing outcomes, successes, lessons learned, and next steps
- Strong written and oral communication skills
