We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Help Desk Technician for a Full-Time position. Job Summary: Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Prefer 1 year of experience in the field. Experience : 1 Year Required Certifications : ITIL Foundation V4 Qualified candidates without the required certificate will have 120 days after the start date to complete.
