We're currently seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team at our Sunset Hills location.

Position Overview:

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Your attention to detail, consistency, and passion for cooking will play a key role in ensuring a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare and cook menu items according to Walnut Grill recipes and presentation standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Work efficiently during high-volume shifts

Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person!

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Reliable, punctual, and able to perform in a high-energy environment
