KIPP St. Louis Substitute provides instructional coverage for a teacher who is absent for an extended period of time.  The long-term substitute will work the regular hours (745am - 345pm) of the absent classroom teacher during his/her absence. The long-term substitute is assigned to KIPP St. Louis Schools based on school needs and is assigned to a school for six to twelve weeks before being reassigned to another school.
