Looking for a concrete finisher

Looking for a guy that can do concrete finishing, set up, and labor. We mainly do just the basic flat work broom finish using a motorized vibra secreter to secrete it off with and use a bobcat with bucket to carry concrete from truck to the forms. Not nearly as much labor. Can pay cash daily. Tell me about yourself and what you know how to do? Also what kinda money are you looking for? Those are the fact I like to here. Thanks!
