Needing remodelers and laborers

Good Karma Cabinets and Carpentry LLC is a growing remodeling company in St. Louis, and we’re looking for multiple helpers and carpenters to join our crew.

About the Job:

Work on remodeling projects: framing, drywall, flooring, trim, demolition, and cleanup

Carpenters: perform skilled tasks such as framing, trim work, flooring, and installations

Helpers: assist with materials, tools, site prep, and cleanup (no experience needed)

Keep job sites safe and organized

What We’re Looking For:

Helpers: reliable, willing to learn, and able to follow direction

Carpenters: 1+ year experience in remodeling/carpentry (more experience = higher pay)

Must have reliable transportation and show up on time

Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day

Team players with a good attitude

Pay & Benefits:

$15–$25/hr starting (based on role & experience)

Up to $40/hr for well-qualified carpenters

Flexible schedule – part-time or full-time available
