This role involves operating processing equipment, maintaining clean room standards, executing production procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain production and processing equipment including:COP (Clean Out of Place)CIP (Clean In Place)Kaps All TorquerLabel line equipmentPerform routine manufacturing and packaging operationsExecute batch records using SAP (eBR)Conduct room cleaning and monthly phenolic cleaning proceduresHandle waste disposal and manual cleaning of small partsPull bottles from inventory and transfer materials into Class 100 clean roomPerform hand torque and torque testingApply pinch clamps and package bags/bottlesMaintain accurate production documentation and log booksMonitor equipment/process status and report deviations to supervisorsFollow GMP, safety, and production procedures at all timesProperly use, clean, and store PPE equipmentMaintain housekeeping standards in production areasParticipate in safety and quality training programs Required QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredSkills & ExperienceBasic computer knowledge, preferably SAPMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsManufacturing/production environmentAbility to lift and push up to 50 lbs occasionallyMust be able to work extended shifts including nightsAbility to wear PPE, including respirators, for extended periods About Trident ConsultingTrident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
