Part time Caregiver/Full time Roommate

Middle aged FEMALE looking for a Caregiver with CNA or nursing skills and previous experience to become my roommate and have their own private bedroom and bathroom and full sharing of the house with main floor laundry and upscale neighborhood. The rent is ONLY $400, because some caregiver tasks will become Trade-Out for the very cheap rent. The trade out tasks only take 30-45 minutes in AM & PM. This person would have a job or go to school during the day, yet need a place to live as their home that is safe, secure, furnished, private and comfortable when not at work or school. There are OTHER assigned Caregivers that are hired to work daytime shifts 7 days a week.
