job detailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a developed understanding of manufacturing processes, a passion for continuous improvement, and excellent leadership skills. Shits Open: 2nd or 3rd Shift Must Have:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methods
Proficiency in production planning and scheduling
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Monitoring Production Lines: Keeping a close eye on production lines to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Ensuring Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications.
Troubleshooting Issues: Identifying and resolving production issues or bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
Scheduling and Staffing: Creating and managing production schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Training and Development: Training employees on production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
Optimizing Production Processes: Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Implementing Lean Manufacturing Principles: Applying lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
