Job Title: Production WorkerJob DescriptionAs a Production Worker, you will be responsible for moving products, lifting and counting pouches, and placing them into 5-gallon totes. You will keep track of various pouches and bags, ensuring they are moved to the proper totes. This role requires standing, walking, frequent use of hands, and occasionally kneeling and crouching. You will also need to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently. Proper safety attire including hair nets, gloves, and gowns will be required.Responsibilities
Move product and place pouches into 5-gallon totes.
Count and track various pouches and bags accurately.
Stand, walk, and frequently use hands to perform tasks.
Kneel and crouch as needed to complete tasks.
Lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
Adhere to safety protocols including wearing hair nets, gloves, and gowns.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment working with machines.
Ability to count to 100 without using paperwork or a calculator.
Capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with production and blending operations.
Familiarity with operating packaging machines.

The warehouse is dusty and dirty, and employees are expected to keep up with the fast pace of the facility. Day Shift hours are 7 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Friday as needed. Overnight Shift hours are 9 pm - 7:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Friday. Each shift includes roughly 2 forklift drivers, 10 production helpers, and one maintenance technician.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, Missouri.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
