Project Manager, Design

The Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s), ensuring work is performed in conformance with project objectives and requirements, project performance metrics (e.g., client satisfaction, profitability), and quality requirements. Principal areas of responsibility include safety, subcontractor management, change management, project control and reporting, project staffing, adherence to quality plan, project budget, and project schedule for consulting, design or construction projects. Responsible for client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work. Accountable for project financial performance. Single or multiple project assignments may be required.How will I contribute?The Project Manager, Design will report to the Senior Project Manager, Design and Group Leader. This will be an opportunity to manage the development and implementation of design deliverables through conceptual, preliminary, detailed and construction packages. Additionally, you will direct and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders. Project sizes will vary and consist of both renovations/retrofits and new construction. Lead projects that incorporate multiple disciplinesObtain industry specific certification, including but not exclusive to: PMP & AECPMADirection and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s), ensuring work is performed in conformance with project objectives and requirements, project performance metrics (e.g., client satisfaction, profitability), and quality requirementsResponsible for client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work
