The Electrical Engineer, Mid-Level is responsible for overseeing the Electrical discipline and managing the discipline budget on small to medium projects of limited complexity. The Electrical Engineer III coordinates with internal and external architects and engineers, as well as client, construction manager, subcontractor, and vendor interfaces. The Electrical Engineer, Mid-Level possesses the demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks, establish priorities and direct the work of others. The Electrical Engineer, Mid-Level may work independently or at the direction of the Lead Electrical Engineer or Project Manager.How will I contribute:The Mid-Level Electrical Engineer will report to a Senior Electrical Engineer and Group Leader, and will have the opportunity to provide Mentorship to Entry-Level Electrical Engineers. What an exciting opportunity to support developing electrical power concepts for new or renovated high tech facilities along with performing electrical calculations for power and lighting systems. You will work with other disciplines and support that all system designs are fully coordinated from conception through completion. Interface with client and external partnersPlan and direct work and manage a project budget from an electrical design perspective on small projects of limited complexitySupport proposal development under the supervision of a lead or senior engineerIdentify basic non-compliant existing conditions during site walks and construction field surveysDevelop construction drawing packages and write construction specifications on intermediate projects of limited complexity and with little oversightLead squad check and discipline check for small projects of intermediate complexity and drive overall project qualityLead intermediate project system design programming and master planning with support from lead or Senior Engineer
