Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). Focus of work may be in pre-sale and/or post-sales. Develop technical knowledge of broad range of analytical methods.What would set you apart?

Experience with organic chemistry, extractables/leachables, polymer chemistry.

10+ years previous sales or consulting experience in the CRO space.

Prior experience with extractable and leachableanalytical work is strongly desired

Excellent written communication skills.

Must be a proficient communicator and listener.

Strong analysis and judgment skills

Able to work with minimal supervision.

Able to work individually and as part of a team.

Needs to have excellent relationship-building skills.

Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented.

Must be able to handle multiple functions at the same time and maintain good organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Ability to continuously operate a personal computer or lab equipment for extended periods of time (4 or more hours).

Require close distance visual acuity with or without correction (Glasses, Contacts, etc.)

Ability to operate a keyboard and other lab equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead.

Ability to communicate clearly and understandably ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting.

Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
