We help our clients digitally transform their Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality and Sustainability operations to ensure they are operationally resilient, compliant, productive, safe, and sustainable while minimizing the damaging impacts on the environment, people, and society.As a subject matter expert in Environmental Health and Safety business processes and related software solutions and digital enablement, you will be lead client-facing project teams that leverage industry-leading technologies such as Enablon, Cority, and VelocityEHS. You will use your leadership and functional/technical skills throughout engagements, serving as a key client contact and subject matter expect through the full implementation life cycle to ensure projects are executed to schedule and cost at the highest quality.
Working alongside Sustainability leadership to help shape our EHS Transformation practice
Participate in sales pursuits and business development opportunities
Provide objective, independent advice on off-the-shelf or custom-built, third-party technologies using your knowledge of the market presence of these technologies for our clients
Serve as an engagement escalation point for project issues
Lead global teams of professionals as a single point of contact within a project
Participate in RFP activities

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related degree with an environmental or safety focus.
10+ years of experience in EHS transformations and related digital solutions implementations - in at least one of the following: Enablon, Intelex, Sphera, SAP EHS, Cority, Benchmark Gensuite, VelocityEHS, DevonWay
Project management experience
Business analysis experience
EHS subject matter expertise
Team lead experience
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
EHS software, implementation methodologies, domains, and technology - spanning Environmental Compliance, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Audit Management, Incident Management, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Metrics/Sustainability

Certification in one of more of a Vendor's own solution certification program
