Telsis7 is hiring a Business Systems Technical Call Routing Analyst with solid knowledge and experience with Avaya, routing protocols, and automated call center technologies.

- Very technical role/mindset, more technical analyst, Ideal if an Engineer in the past.
- Experience in Call Center Routing
- Experience in cable industry or content provider is preferred
- Experience with Avaya; specifically Avaya System Admin (ASA) and CMS Supervisor
- Call Routing Experience that would be transferable; Cisco or Genesis
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and IVA (Interactive Virtual Assistant) .
- Able to grasp highly technical concepts. Look at the big picture and break it down into the granular.
- Ability to interact with Sr Call Center leaders
- Excellent communicator and ability to present to all levels within an organization.
