Warehouse Associate

Staffing Companies is now hiring warehouse workers to work in our Edwardsville, IL location.

The location is on the bus route.

Schedule - Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM (2ND Shift)

Pay rate - $16.00 per hour

We are offering a $100 SIGN-ON BONUS AFTER 30 DAYS OF ATTENDANCE.

Essential Functions:

1. Demonstrate commitment to safety, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing job duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

2. Perform job duties with a commitment to quality and adherence to customer specifications and GMP guidelines, including use of proper PPE.

3. Ability and willingness to learn all Super Line positions, and function as part of a highly developed team; treating team members with courtesy and respect every day.

4. Prepared, in position and ready to work at the start of the shift.

5. Committed to maintaining your position on the line, with or without prior notification, until relieved by a suitable replacement which could result in overtime up to 4 hours. Restroom breaks will also be relieved.

6. Maintain a professional demeanor and superior performance in all job functions.

7. Cooperate with other departments as needed for positive production results.

8. Responsible for effectively ensuring all company procedures and policies are being followed.

9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification Level Required

None High school diploma or equivalent

Individuals must be certified to work on the Super Line per the Production Manager following a three-week certification period.

Certified individuals will qualify for the Super Line Bonus.

Individuals with prior experience on the Super Sleever may be certified by the Production Manager in lieu of the three-week certification period.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

2. Excellent attendance is paramount to success in this position. Attendance will be a determining factor for continued participation on the Super Sleever team.

3. Positive attitude and a teamwork mentality are required. A positive attitude will be a determining factor for continued participation on the Super Sleever Team.

4. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business is a must.

5. Ability to effectively work in teams.

6. Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people. 7. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals and roles.
