Description Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and financial analysis? Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our full-time consulting program. As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing and analyzing financial data, enabling key business decisions, and ensuring financial compliance across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support strategic planning
Reconcile accounts, monitor expenditures, and ensure accurate reporting in compliance with GAAP standards.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Support audits and provide requested documentation to ensure timely completion.
Review internal controls and recommend system/process improvements to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field).
2-4 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
