The M.Jacobs Family of Stores is currently looking for an accounts payable/inventory control reporting clerk.

This position is Monday thru Friday with the possibility of some weekends. It is a 40 hour per week position. Qualified applicants would have some experience in accounts payable, or general accounting. Must be detail oriented, able to use 10 key by touch, proficient with Microsoft Office, organized, able to multi-task, able to manage a demanding workload, be responsible, dependable and have good communication skills with co-workers and suppliers. Position duties include making sure that supplies and merchandise are arriving correct and paid for in a timely fashion. Inputting payables to correct codes and accounts, matching invoices with goods received, responsible for processing and inputting 100+ merchandise and expense invoices per week. Maintain and/or implement new efficient and effective work methods and systems, and carry out other duties as management assigns. The inventory control reporting involves making sure product has been received correctly, that is matches the packing list, PO, and invoice. This position will require you to on occasion check inventory on the floors, and in the warehouse. Pre-employment physical required. Dental, Medical and Vision insurance offered after 90 days.
