Join our Corporate team as a Order to Cash (O2C) Assistant Manager to make a real impact every day. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of the end-to-end order to cash cycle, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic initiatives across finance and payments. Some of the other responsibilities include:Assist in leading the O2C team, providing guidance, performance management, and development opportunities. Train on the day to day function of the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and escalation resolution to include processing where required to ensure this is done. Ensure and process timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries. Feedback to Managers with process / system improvements and assist in implementationReport on KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables. Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows along side Managers within the team and main stakeholders  Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. â€¯Maintains a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk avoidance.- The average base salary pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 - May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus Location: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights in the United States, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.#LI-Remote
