This position is based in Wilsonville, Oregon.Job Responsibilities:As a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
Negotiating payment plans and resolving payment issues.
Providing excellent customer service to address inquiries related to invoices and payments.
Establishing positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth communication.
Accurately applying payments to customer accounts in QuickBooks.
Reconciling discrepancies and ensuring proper documentation.
Schedule:This is a part-time position, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Approximately 20-30 hours per week.Requirements
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
Familiarity with QuickBooks software is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
