Description:Day to day duties: Own and manage all client communications through the mailbox within Outlook. Expectations include professional (friendly), direct communication. Oversee the calendar, including scheduling support sessions on behalf of and overseeing team assignments for each session within Outlook. Ensure that projects are set up for success by working with key partners to schedule delivery of necessary supplies for each session. High level of communication via Slack, email and phone. Provide direction and necessary information to key partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work. Serve as a trusted resource and assist team members in troubleshooting operational and administrative issues. High level of Excel skills needed ! Assist with the onboarding process for all new hires (once fully trained) Organize and maintain office, ensuring that all necessary supplies are kept well-stocked, and oversee supply deliveries. Assist team events including planning and scheduling gatherings and ordering meals. Other duties and initiatives as assigned.Additional Skills & Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS & PROVEN ABILITIES administrative experience. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Exemplary attention to detail. Expert knowledge and use of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Actively participates in and embodies a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and trust.
