DescriptionAdministrative Assistant at Providence Hood River memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR.Part-Time/Day ShiftThe Anticoagulation Clinic provides ambulatory care to about 300 patients. This position provides full secretarial and administrative assistance for the staff. Performs independent, advanced secretarial functions of a highly responsible, professional and confidential nature and must be effective in dealing with multiple tasks and projects. Participates in and supports projects to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care. Assists in coordinating training opportunities for physicians, pharmacy staff, residents and students. Acts as point of contact for other PHS departments, nursing facilities and outside labs.Must also be knowledgeable of and able to do all Admin Asst 1 duties in the clinic.
