Join Our Team of Short-Term Rental Cleaners!

We’re a small, friendly cleaning business that specializes in short-term rental turnovers (like Airbnbs). We are looking to add one or two cleaners to our team. If you’re interested in a job with flexible hours working 10 to 25 hours per week, we’d love to hear from you.

JOB DUTIES

As a cleaner for short-term rental turnovers, you’ll be resetting the space between guests. In most cases, this includes:

Cleaning linens and remaking beds

Restocking supplies

Taking out the garbage

Carefully re-staging the space to match client specifications

Your work will create a fresh, inviting environment for new guests. For the right person, it’s a rewarding and satisfying role.

QUALITIFICATIONS

We are looking for applicants who have the following qualities:

Dependability: We need someone reliable who shows up ready to work.

Attention to Detail: Your eye for aesthetics will ensure each space is perfectly staged.

Willingness to Learn: No prior cleaning or staging experience required; we’re happy to train you!

Requirements:

Transportation: You must have your own transportation.

Smartphone: A smartphone is necessary for communication.

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and timely communication is key.

SCHEDULE

Schedule: Our hours are 9 am to 4 pm, 365 days a year. We will work with new hires to create a schedule that fills our needs, and also works for them.

COMPENSATION

Most of our jobs pay at a flat rate, so your pay will depend somewhat on how efficiently you can work, the average cleaner earns about $25/hour. If this isn’t clear, please ask.
