Alaska Fly Fishing Guide

Fishing Bear Lodge is seeking a high energy, self motivated individual to join our team of Fly Fishing guides for the 2024. Located in a remote wilderness setting providing world class personalized fly fishing adventures for 6 - 8 clients per week. Fishing Bear Lodge is a family owned and operated business that prides itself on providing a exciting atmosphere for anglers to and guides to experience and enjoy Alaska’s Wood Tikchik State Park.

Each day guides are responsible for operating 18ft flat bottomed jet boats with 1-2 anglers in pursuit of rainbow trout, sockeye salmon, northern pike, arctic char and arctic grayling.

Season Dates June 10 - Sept 30

Competitive pay + weekly tips

It is a requirement that all guides possess a United States Coast Guard Captains license.
